Michael Kovac - President and Founder

 

A child of European immigrants, Michael acquired his first multifamily property at the age of 20. His involvement in the real estate industry expands the last three decades in over $500MM of transaction volume. Michael was a top producing multifamily realtor in the state of Connecticut, self managed a portfolio of tenant occupied property, worked in acquisitions with an industry leading multifamily operator, has held several positions in proptech and also consults to the rental industry. He has gained the experience necessary to building a comprehensive acquisition strategy geared for success.

 

Michael is responsible for the overall direction of the firm including strategic planning for capital deployment focused on the acquisition and development of assets in target regions.

 

Michael graduated in 2010 with a Bachelors in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Connecticut. He maintains an active Connecticut and California Real Estate Salespersons License.
